What you need to know for your upcoming appointment in Belle Hair
Where are we located?
Our salon is located in Liosban Industrial Estate on the Tuam Road in Galway City, Eircode H91P236. We are positioned between Mocha Beans and CPH, and opposite the Mace shop. There are ample parking spaces, but it can be very busy so leave enough time to take this into consideration. Located near the salon is Centrepoint Carpark, which has paid car parking.
What are our opening hours?
The salon is open on Mondays from 10am – 8pm, Tuesdays we are closed, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am – 8pm, Fridays from 9am – 6pm and a certain few Saturdays we are open for retail only from 10am – 3pm. Check our Instagram page for updated opening dates on a Saturday. We are closed on a Sunday.
Do you require to pay a deposit on booking an appointment?
Yes, we require a deposit for all our appointments, which will secure your appointment in the diary and will be taken off your bill on the day of your appointment. Deposits can be paid by calling the salon phone on 0873592196 or by following the link below. Appointments without deposits will be removed from the diary.
What is your late / cancellation policy?
We understand that things happen, and we will always try our best to accommodate you. If you must cancel your appointment within 24hrs, your deposit is non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule an appointment outside of this time frame, your deposit will be transferred over.
Lateness effects the remainder of our stylist’s day, thus delaying future scheduled appointments in the diary. Generally, we can allow a 10-minute grace period, except for shorter appointments such as Side Filler extensions which on average are 30minutes long, so any lateness for these will result in this being considered a no-show and your deposit will be non-refundable.
We will try our best to accommodate you, but that may mean we cannot carry out the full service on the day, e.g. If a cut is booked in, there may not be time for this now. If you are later then 10-minutes we will likely have to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be non-refundable.

What to expect during my appointment?
A lot of our client’s appointments can be quite long if they are getting both colour and hair extensions done in the one sitting. But don’t worry, we have tried our best to make you as comfortable as possible during your appointment. We offer a large selection of complimentary hot and cold beverages along with some of our favourite snacks. Don’t forget you are more then welcome to order Deliveroo to the salon if you are feeling extra hungry! There are plugs and USB chargers at all stations and a TV at the colour basins. We have complimentary WIFI, just ask a member of staff for the password.
How long will my appointment be?
Appointment timings vary due to several factors, we will have a guide time for it once you are booked in so feel free to call us to get an idea of the duration of your appointment.
How much will my appointment be?
Our price lists are available on our website www.bellehair.ie , if you are looking for an exact price quote make sure to ask this during your initial consultation as especially with colour it can be hard to give a definite price without seeing your hair in person.
I have booked an appointment for hair extensions; how should I prepare beforehand?
Always come in with your hair clean, dry, and straight. You must be happy with your hair colour as this is what we will be matching it up to on the day of your appointment. Do not get your hair cut after your initial hair extension consultation, unless discussed with your stylist beforehand as this could mean hair extensions are not possible on the day of your appointment and your deposit will be non-refundable.
If you are booked in for a reapplication of hair extensions, it is best for you to come in with your hair clean , dry and straight, unless you have booked in for a wash and blow-dry. We will ask you beforehand whether you will need removals or not. Majority of our clients will let us remove their extensions and reapply them in the same sitting, as it is easier this way to see where the extensions were initially placed and to keep an eye on the build up in your hair once removed to make sure your hair is in a healthy condition. If you choose to remove your hair extensions before your reapplication appointment, please let us know beforehand so we can amend the time of your appointment. When removing your hair extensions yourself, bundle them into groups of position. For example, back, left side, right side. This allows us to know where the extensions came from, especially if they are different lengths. The cost a reapplication is the same whether the extensions are still in or have been removed prior to your appointment.
I have booked an appointment for colour; how should I prepare beforehand?
Always come in with your hair clean and free of product (especially purple shampoo) as this will allow the colour to take to your hair more evenly. Top tip don’t wear cream or light-coloured clothing to avoid any staining!
Colour is extremely personal and must be communicated correctly, hence why we always encourage our clients to have a consultation with their stylist prior to booking an appointment. This allows us, and you to be completely clear with the outcome of your colour on the day.
I have booked in to get InvisiBelle Clip in Hair Extensions, how should I prepare beforehand?
Like with any extensions, come in with your hair clean, dry, and straight and you must be happy with your hair colour as this is what we will be matching it up to on the day of your appointment. We have two options for clip in hair extensions appointments so make sure you have selected the correct one for your needs! Our first option is for those who just need our help with colour matching their own hair to the extensions and to recommend which type to select, this appointment usually takes 15 – 20 minutes. Our second option is where will colour match as explained above, but we will also apply the extensions for you, cut or shape them for you where necessary and finish them with either a straight, wavy, or curly style.
If I want to change some details of my upcoming appointment or reschedule to another date, how do I do this?
We are happy to accommodate you in the best way we can, so please allow us at least 48hrs notice prior to your appointment to allow timings to be amended.
